All photos belong to Hutt City Martial Arts Ltd. Please obtain permission before downloading, sharing, or distributing images with non‑club members. This request protects the privacy and safety of our students, instructors, and their families.

By remaining a member, you agree to respect this policy. If you would like to request access to images for personal use, competition promotion, or media purposes, contact the club directly to request permission. Unauthorized use, reposting, or distribution of club photos may result in disciplinary action, including suspension of membership.

For requests, please provide:

• Your name and role (member, parent, coach)

• Photo(s) you wish to access (date/event/description)

• Purpose and intended audience

• Any third parties who will view or use the images
