I highly recommend this kids’ self-defense class.
My child used to be quite shy, but since joining this class she has gained so much confidence. She enjoys every single session and always comes home happy and excited.
What I love most is that the classes are not only empowering but also so much fun, which makes the kids truly enjoy learning. My child can hardly wait for Tuesday and Thursday to come around so she can go to class again.

Really great and friendly team. Steve, the lovely Irishman, is a really good instructor and goes through everything really well, right down to the smaller details. A great place for beginners, as those who are a more experienced are helpful and always giving advice. 10/10
