We train barefoot. No zips or exposed hardware on clothing. New students should wear long pants — leggings or track/tack pants are fine. Tops should be snug and secure (no loose hoodies or long drawstrings). Remove jewelry, watches, and anything that could catch or cause injury. If you’re unsure about an item, bring an alternative — safety and comfort during training come first.
