We use high-quality 50mm martial arts mats, the same mats that we proudly supply and sell ourselves. These mats are designed to provide excellent shock absorption and help protect people from injury during training. Their thickness and cushioning help reduce the wear and tear that can occur from regular falls, throws, takedowns, and grappling.
Many of our members say training on them feels "like rolling on a mattress." The style of mats we use is highly regarded within the wrestling and martial arts community for helping to minimise impact and support long-term joint and body health.
